Welcome to Tales By Tom. This is the fourth installment of Tom Cagley Sr's short story collections entitled, “Windows On THe World.”

A night at the Plaza: I couldn’t help it---he swung at me --- and I reacted the only way I knew how. But I still got to P.J. Clarke’s before they closed.
