Welcome to the fifth installment of my short story collection I have titled, "A Man of Letters." The stories in this collection are all in the form of letters or about letters. We have a two stories this week that I think you will enjoy!
Story 6 is entitled Tony Barbera and His Two-year-old Daughter. I was pleased to know Tony’s young daughter, Sam, at a very early age, then help commemorate her very short life in a commemorative way a few years later. The lives we touch for only an instant!
Story 7 is called The Anatomy of an Affair. I sent it to several appropriate magazines back when men wore leisure suits. The mags didn’t like the piece then, and it is now too far past the Age of Aquarius for them to be interested. I think the message, however, is timeless. Those of us who recognize the symptoms will agree --- no show of hands please.
I encourage you to provide feedback on this story or any of the earlier shorts by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by voicemail at 1 206 339 5456.
