Welcome to Tales By Tom. This is the fifth installment of Tom Cagley Sr's short story collections entitled, “Hold It A Minute . . . I Want To Tell You Something.”
Today we feature two stories:
Story 9.Took me long enough but I figured out why I got the job. My answer, not yours, was that I was ready and someone knew me---and then there’s being in the right place at the right time.
Story 10. The story that empty wine bottles tell. Some people save matchbooks (or did) from special occasions or napkins or invitations. I save wine bottles and the guests sign them ---here are a few of them that I have on top of the bookshelf at my back.
I encourage you to provide feedback on these stories or any of the earlier shorts by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by voicemail at 1 206 339 5456.
