Welcome to Tales By Tom. This is the third installment of Tom Cagley Sr's short story collections entitled, “Windows On THe World.”
We have two stories in this edition. They are:
Austrian highs and lows: We went to Austria in July. We had a lot of fun, but had we not been physically fit to endure the cobblestones and the “walks and elevation changes of same,” shall we say, we’d have been in serious trouble.
The soundtrack of my life: The songs I grew up with and the songs I lived with (and still do) have stayed with me forever. Nostalgia? Maybe, but they certainly are part of the fabric of my life--- and there are ones I want you to hear at my funeral, too.
