Medal"
As you heard in the first part of the short story (and if you did
not then go back and listen), The Medal, I was in Rome and in the
right place at the right time to have an impulsive purchase I’d
made blessed by the new pope.
It was one of a kind.
In this second and last half of the story, the one-of-a-kind
blessing takes on new meaning ---but eight months later in New York
City, the same medal with me, I find myself in the wrong place at
the wrong time,
